Downtown Food Vendor Application

Upon approval of Food Vendor application, the Danish Festival, Inc. agrees to allow vendor to operate as an independent contract, abiding by the Festival rules and regulations in the downtown district for the following dates: Friday, August 15 and Saturday, August 16 ONLY.

Upon approval of Food Vendor Application, the Danish Festival, Inc will email an invoice to the email listed on application. Vendor agrees to submit the sum as stated on invoice no later than May 31, 2025.

Vendor agrees to be personally responsible for any tax reporting to the State of Michigan department of treasury.

Upon signing this agreement, vendor is an independent contractor, and the Danish Festival, Inc and vendor mutually agree that vendor is not to be considered an agent of Danish Festival, Inc. whatsoever.

Vendor releases all liability of Danish Festival, Inc., its employees, officers, volunteers, board members etc and will not hold them liable for any claim of debt, claim for damages to persons of property or personal injury or death to any person which may result from the Vendor's operations at the Danish Festival, Inc.
It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to apply for any and all proper licensing through the Mid-Michigan Health department prior to July 18, 2025.
